Terms of Service

1. The Service

ResumeRx (resumerx.app, the "Service") is an AI resume checker: you submit resume text and a target job description, and we return a simulated ATS score, keyword diagnosis and rewrite suggestions.

The Service is operated by an independent developer. By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Important: results are informational only

Scores and suggestions are generated by AI models and simulate general ATS screening rules. They do not represent any specific employer's actual screening outcome and are not a promise or guarantee of job-search success.

Whether to adopt any rewrite is your call; you are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the resume you actually submit to employers.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account (email or Google sign-in). Provide accurate information and keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Paid subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Waffo as Merchant of Record. Prices and currency shown at Waffo checkout govern, and may include applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically per billing cycle (monthly/yearly). You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current cycle and you will not be charged again.

Check allowances per plan are described on the pricing page. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: bypass human verification or quota limits with scripts or automation; upload unlawful content or malicious files; disrupt or attack the Service; or use it for any illegal purpose.

We may limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Content & intellectual property

Your resumes and job descriptions remain yours. You grant us a license to process them solely to provide the Service to you (generating reports, keeping your history), as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service's interface, code and branding belong to the operator and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (including job-search outcomes or lost opportunities); our direct liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

You may stop using the Service at any time and contact us to delete your account data.
